This policy explains how Invicta Properties ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use www.invictaproperties.co.za, contact us, or respond to our advertising, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
- Enquiry details you give us — your name, phone number, email address and the home or plan you are interested in, when you submit an enquiry form, a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, a strategy-download request, or contact us by phone or WhatsApp.
- Usage information — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, collected through cookies and similar technologies (Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta advertising tags) to understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our advertising.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange viewings or call-backs.
- To assist with bond pre-qualification with your consent, which may involve sharing your details with our bond origination partner.
- To send you updates about Roodepark Eco City 2 and related offers where you have opted in — you can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe option in any message or by contacting us.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
Who we share it with
Your details are stored and processed in our customer-relationship and automation systems and shared only with service providers who process them on our behalf (for example our CRM, website hosting, analytics and messaging providers), our sales team, and — with your consent — our bond origination partner and the banks they submit applications to. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement and remarketing (Google Ads, Meta). You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalisation through your Google and Meta account settings.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to our processing of it, by emailing info@invictaroodepark.co.za. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
